February 10th, 2021, was hosted by Christine, and she did a wonderful job. Our cooks were Aimee Guflfoyle w who made yummy turkey burrito bowls with black beans, rice, corn, and all the fixings. Next, we had Monique Smith. She made chocolate-covered strawberries that had been soaking in our More than Muse Burnet Cabinet Semblance for about 3 hours or so. Then drained them. Dried them and dipped them in chocolate. OMG! A whole new level of chocolate-covered strawberries. They looked phenomenal! Meanwhile, Rory was eating chocolate truffles. Chocolate and wine are his favorite. I’d have to say. If you like what you see and hear. You can be a part of it all as well.
January 13th, 2021! Welcome to a new and exciting year. May we here at the Wine and Dine fill every Wednesday with great food recipes, fantastic wines, and lots of fun. So tonight, we had Our #1 Wine Ambassador producer Pricilla Ashley with her very own wine label and her two beautiful daughters cooking a Spicy Vodka Taco Sauce…Yum! Next, we had Shawn Flaming, Micheal Duffy, Ella Sabb. Let us not forget that hilarious man Matty Vines. So check it out to see the great food and awesome wines that we shared tonight.

December 30, 2020, Well is the last Wine and Dine for 2020. I am not sorry to say goodby to 2020. We all had a lot going on and want to thank all the great people who helped us keep up our spirits with this incredible show. We had an incredible with Wine Ambassador. Our cooks tonight are Angela Garner, Kim Moore, and Matty Vines, joining us from sunny Florida. So enjoy the show and have a Wonderful New Year!
November 25th, 2020 Is our Thanksgiving episode! Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone. Our host tonight was Shane Balceto, who did an awesome job. We had several wonderful cooks. First was Tanya with her incredible puff pastries. Betty was teaching her granddaughter Heidi the family traditions of homemade stuffing and stuffed mushrooms. Next was Debbie with her delicious upscale potato skins. Last but not least was the incredible turkey Matty Vine with pecan-crusted chicken tenders. Lots of great food and wine!
October 28th, 2020 OMG, this Halloween version was hysterical. Of course, I came to you from my wicked kitchen with my witchy granddaughter Heidi. We made a fabulous Stuffered Peper Caldern with rice. It was awesome if I do say so myself. Then we had the hilarious Matty Vines with his haunting crew. They cooked up quite a scary selection of food. Let’s not forget David Hartwig and his lovely partner with their scrumptious appetizers. What a wonderful hour of fun.
SEPTEMBER 16th, 2020 Another great wine & dine show. Maria Sanchez made a home receipt of Carnita’s. It looked absolutely delicious. She paired it with one of my favorites, The Ricord Marlot. Next, our wonderful Matty Vines create a Chicken Pineapple Stir Fry you will want to see. Pairing with one of our exclusive labels. So chime in and check it out. Peter then shared a dinner idea. Taking our new addition to The Wine Ambassador site. A STEAK company. You can locate and order it from your back office.
August 19th, 2020 What a night! Matty joined us from Cancun, Mexico. While at the rooftop hotel as he was enjoying a Ceviche paired with a nice white wine. Meanwhile, Paul was cooking up Pork Chops with a Black Cherry sauce…Yum! Of course, he paired it with Petit Surah. Fabulous. Next, Tayna was cooking a delicious Beef and Mushroom dish with Puff Pastry. In addition, Kathy made a wonderful not-bake Chocolate Peanutbutter Pie paired with Rose. I want to thanks Tayna for an awesome wine-educating trivia.
July 8th, 2020 Tonight, we had Stacy and Rory co-hosting The Wine & Dine Show. Paul, in all his awesomeness, cooked Homemade mac and Cheese. Ellen cooked up some delicious Vennisin tips. They both looked incredible. Our wild and crazy Matty cooked a scrumptious Chinese chicken meal. Of course, we had China TRIVIA. Actually did better than I thought I would. Wine and Dine Weekly Picking Up Steam!
June 24th, 2020 Well, I did it!!! I Did my first live cooking on the Wine and Dine. I have never been so nervous and excited like that in a long time. We cooked some homemade Mexican food. Matt and Rob made an awesome team cooking salmon and mango salsa. Yummy! And dessert was homemade Almond Joy’s by Evey. Of course, great trivia a usual.
May 6th, 2020 Another blast of a show tonight. Our awesome CO-HOST for the show tonight was Shane and Jennifer. We had some awesome dishes made tonight—a Crawfish Etouffee by Barbara and Fricase De Pollo made by our lovely Maria. Paul made a Shrimp and Salom Terriake dish which looked wonderful. Paul loves his shrimp. Our hilarious Matty made Jamaican Jerk Chicken in a crockpot…Yummy! Lastly, Nell made her children’s favorite childhood treat of Oreo’s Ice Cream bar. What a way delicious dessert to end a night of cooking. Each one had wonderful Wine Ambassador wines to pair these meals/desserts with, making you wish you were there. Also, our wonderful PBS Guru Rory and his lovely wife Tanya had a Pampered Chef PRIZES GIVEAWAY. They are always so generous.
Wine and Dine Weekly Keeps Getting Better
APRIL 1st, 2020 was a blast with a fun Trivia Game about Madagascar from Robert R and Matty Vines, who made a traditional Madagascar dish. Looked Yummy! Meanwhile, Stacy cooked a delicious-looking meal of Bakes Chicken Chimechongas. Thanks, Stacy. David Hartwig made a fabulous-looking Baked Corn Beef with Roasted Cabbage. The Man Rory hands out points for the trivia winners toward the next incredible trip you can earn with Wine Ambassador. Join and start earning points today.
March 4th, 2020, Crissy Barboe was our host tonight. Meanwhile, Stephanie Mayer makes a yummy but simple sandwich to pair with our Midweek wine. Next is a fun side dish By Kim Moore. Finally, a decadent dessert by Evey Etter.

February 12th, 2020 As you can see, our shows come from all over. Last month Las Vagus this month Puerto Rico live with Rory and Tanya. In addition, we had chicken wings prepared by Peter Antoniou. Stacy Southword whipped up some homemade burritos. Outrageous steak by Nile Eddy and delicious salted caramel brownies by Heather Nason. Thanks to our Host Priscilla Ashleigh, and co-host, Shane Balceto. Most Importantly, thanks to the delicious wines from Wine Ambassador for giving us wonderful wines to pair.
January 29th, 2020. Tonight was amazing. Live from LAS VEGAS. Where we hosted a fantastic wine social. Cooking and pair with our Wine Ambassador wines were provided by Joel & Heather Hooper. The food looked so amazing. I wish I were there to taste test. Thanks to our co-host Shane and Kim Moore. They did an awesome job.
December 25th, 2019 Christmas Day with our RRR247 and WINE AMBASSADOR family. Even our Holidays are special! Especially when shared with all of you. Thanks for sharing this special day with us.
November 20, 2019 Wine & Dine Show was for all our Paleo Friendly patrons. A special thanks to Jenni Elliott for preparing Chicken Satay Skewers with another wonderful wine from Wine Ambassador.
